Email admin@createyourwhy.com. Tell us which page or animal guide your message concerns and what you would like us to know.

Safety reports

Use the “Report a problem” link on the chat page or email us with the guide’s name, approximate date and time, and a description of the concerning response. A grown-up may attach a downloaded conversation after removing personal information.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request.” Explain what you are asking us to access, correct, or delete. We may need reasonable information to verify the request, but never send a password.

Accessibility

Describe the barrier, page, browser, and assistive technology if relevant, plus the format or change that would help.
