Our commitment: Career Chats aims to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA and improve when someone reports a barrier.

Current accessibility features

• Keyboard-accessible navigation, filters, guide links, dialog controls, prompts, and chat composer.
• A skip link, semantic headings and landmarks, visible focus indicators, labels, status messages, and descriptive image text.
• Responsive layouts that work at narrow widths and with browser zoom.
• Color contrast designed for readable text and controls.
• Reduced-motion support when that preference is enabled.
• Plain-text chat output that can be read by assistive technology.

Known limitations

AI responses may not always use ideal reading levels, structure, or terminology. Decorative animal illustrations may contain visual details that short alternative text does not fully describe. Third-party browser features, downloaded files, and external websites have their own accessibility support.

Feedback and accommodation

If something blocks your use, tell us which page or animal guide you were using, what happened, the assistive technology and browser if relevant, and the format or change that would help. Do not include private information from a learner.
